As a former labor/employment litigator in the public and private sectors, she fully understands the value of preventative action to avoid costly litigation. She has extensive experience drafting employment contracts, compensation agreements, and employee handbooks. She also has hands-on experience in landlord/tenant relations and the management of commercial properties.

Bahareh is an avid swimmer and in her free time enjoys being creative. She is an accomplished writer, painter and gourmet chef. She is fluent in Farsi.
