Bahareh is an accomplished deal-maker and works closely with her clients on a variety of commercial transactions, providing sophisticated, focused, and efficient representation. She focuses her practice on corporate structuring, strategic business counseling, and general business matters. She has hands-on experience in landlord/tenant relations and the management of commercial and residential properties. With an in-depth knowledge of the food service industry, Bahareh acts as a trusted advisor and rigorous advocate for all aspects of a restaurant company’s business.
Prior to focusing on transactional law, Bahareh was an assertive business and labor/employment litigator. She handled cases in all judicial forums, representing the interests of private and public sector defendants in federal and state courts. With her litigation background, Bahareh fully understands the value of preventative counseling to avoid costly court action. She has extensive experience drafting employment contracts, compensation agreements, equity options, and employee handbooks.
Bahareh received her Bachelors of Arts degree in political science from UCLA through its College Honors Program, and her Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School. She has served as an extern to the Honorable Samuel L. Bufford, United States District Court for the Central District of California.
Bahareh is an avid swimmer and in her free time enjoys being creative. She is an accomplished writer, painter and gourmet chef. When time permits, she trains with some of Los Angeles’ most well-respected restaurant chefs. She is fluent in Farsi.
